Emily

We were finally able to babysit my niece the other week; its been hard with everyone's different schedules, etc. But I was so excited to get to see her and spend time with her! And it was a lot of fun.

Some of my favorite parts were:
*Her trying to jump - and when me and Boyd jumped at the same time as she did, I think she figured she was jumping too - so she got so excited that she was jumping and clapped her hands.
*When Boyd ran to the store, he called a couple of times to ask something. Each time that he called, Emily would say "I neeeed to talk to Boyd!" and she wasn't satisfied till she had held the phone up to her ear and said "Hi Boyd, how are you?"
*When she brought a book over to Boyd and said 'Read, Mama'... I think maybe she just wanted to see his reaction.



All in all, it is just great being around her. Her innocence and joy reminds me of all that is good in this world. Oh, that I could be as happy and friendly, and pure as she is!
